    Question Which clutch Should i get?

    I'm pushin 402 to the wheels and my third gear is grinding and popping now and then... the clutch is almost gone it doesn catch till the very top... so im going to redo the clutch im not lookin to get to crazy what would be the best clutch to put in thats a direct bolt in?

    LS7 clutch with the LS2 flywheel, upgrade to an 01-02 slave if you dont have one. Should be under $500 for the clutch setup

    ls7 clutch are available from any dlr and also try lookign on ebay....Also some high perf shops or some of the sponsors on here!

    I'd go with the Mcleod single kevlar. Drives like stock and leaves rubber on the road in 3rd and 4th.

    thats what it is in there right now... so i think my tranny is getting worse it will not go into third it sticks in fourth and it slips a little in third and fourth.. it is my clutch right? throw out bearing? pilot bearing? pressure plate? all of the above?

    I've had good luck with that one too!!!!

    If you don't go for that one I would run a SPEC stage 2.

    Google Fred Beans in Limerick PA...they have the best deal on LS7/LS2 setup...got mine for under $500

    well i picked up a centerforce dual friction clutch i drove my friends 98 ss with one it felt really good even after 15,000 miles. so i went with it im installing it tomorrow.. i miss my car horribly i gotta say
