Quick question, have you upgraded your clutch master cylinder or changed it out since the clutch swap? Cause if not, it's probably about time... Another thing is that the stock clutch master cylinder is very restrictive, one method of overcoming this is the drill mod. I'm in the process of changing flywheel, clutch, and all clutch components, better believe i'm doing the drill mod.

    Clutch master cylinder

Mine started that and it took a new Clutch Master Cly to make it right. I lived with it for a few weeks and then it would stay down/come half up or any where in between. Finally stayed down and of course couldn't shift gears. Not saying that is your problem but sounds similar.

    Gm P/N 12570277

    I replaced mine with a GM P/N 12570277 for $154.99 (the part) from WS6

I have read they don't have very good support but have never had to use them for that. I order parts and they are fast and exact. There might be cheaper sources out there so check around. I never knew mine was going bad until I got a new one..what a difference.
