Clutch issues....replace?
Hey Guys,
I haven't noticed any slipping at all but after I give the car hell the clutch pedal gets real soft and doesn't engage until it is much closer to the floor than usual. Also not sure if this is related but lately it feels like the car is driving against the wind when I am maintaining speed in any gear...best description I could think off.
Thoughts?
Thanks much
Scott

I don't think the second problem is related to the first. The first problem is a hydraulic issue something to do with clutch master cylinder or slave. Do a search about the drill mod and try that first. Check your fluid too make sure it's full and clean if it's really dirty remove the old fluid and put in new fluid. You could try bleeding the system as well. Those are the cheap/free things you can do to try and solve your problem. I had the same problem and ended up needing a new MC.

Agreed. Gm blessed us with problematic hydraulic systems. Tick makes a good master cylinder for our car that helped cure alot of peoples problems. Im running it after two stock master cylinders let me down.
