Which is the best shifter?
I'm looking for a aftermarket shifter for my SS. Which is the best one, how has it performed for you? The brands that I could think of are...Hurst, B&M Ripper Shifter,SLP, and Pro 5.0. Also, what was the cheapest place where you found it?

I like the Hurst Billet Plus. I cut about 2 1/2" off the stick and re-threaded it before installation. Short and nice feel now.

I Also have an 02 SS. I just put in a B&M Ripper. I love it! Reduced the throw and a much stronger, precise feel. I got mine off ebay for 80 bucks and it was pretty much brand new! Here's a pic of it installed. shifter knob came seperate.
