Ok, so I'm getting ready to rebuild my T56 to handle a 408 iron stroker in my 2000 ss. I know most people run ONLY Timken bearings in their upgrades/rebuilds. Now I've been told by a T56 specialty place that my rebuild would be better off with Ko-Yo hi-capacity bearings, and that they are currently of better quality than Timken. Has anyone else had any experiance with this brand? I didnt know about them before they told me and I'm in automotive part sales...
