anyone recomend a clutch?

I can tell the clutch in my 00 Z-28 has seen better days and im starting to think about a replacment. the motor is pretty much stock. so i dont need anything to crazy.

What would you guys recomend and what did it cost?

you can get a ls7 clutch/flywheel combo for $420 plus shipping--or a spec stage 2 for $390 +shipping, run it with your stock flywheel, or just replace it with a stock clutch for around $200

the ls7 and +2 will hold you over IF you do any light modding to the car.

A couple of years ago I dropped in a SPEC stage 2 with a SPEC aluminum fly...this combo lasted me a whopping 6 months! I then dropped in a Centerforce Dual friction clutch with a Ceterforce fly...and here I am, still running it hard, no slipping, just hard grabbing.
So, I HIGHLY recommend the dual friction Centerforce, I've used Ceterforce before and was very satisfied...I don't know why I threw my money away on SPEC...
