prob like 2 grand...depends on what tranny you get and I dont know the cost of the fabrication involved and componets and ect that have to be swaped.

Basically either find a parts car... or buy a car that already has a stick.. or you'll spend MUCH more than that... doing it on the 87.. and its not easy.. nor cheap...

I'm hoping only another month or two (pretty much only working weekends when the weather is good... which hasnt been happening lately... gonna redo the engine bay again.. scratched it up pretty good.. plus now I have access to more that was covered up... )

Then Time to reassemble.... I can work on the interior and painting after the swap is all done.. the hard part is going to be the wiring....
