ok, got it off. Good glue.
    1. How to release pressure on torque arm to release 2 bolts?
    2. Do I need to remove divers O2 sensor to remove tranny?

just simple unbolt them. you may need to use a floor jack to keep it from rotating and adding pressure.

I remove my o2's so it doesn't get caught up on and break
