where does the vent line go?
I recently had my automatic overhauled out of my 98 Z28 and it lasted 4 passes down the 1/8 and burn up. The guy rebuilt it and I am in the process of reinstalling it. When I pulled it out I noticed the vent line on top looked like the hose was cut and just hanging. first guy that pulled tranny must have cut it or something. where does this hose hook up and how important is it to operation of trans? thanks!!!

the vent tube goes in a little clip that attaches to the torque arm. You'll want the tranny vented but just zip tie that to something under there. When I went to an aftermarket torque arm I just zipped it to the top of the arm.
