    Violent JERK!!

    Hey guys,
    i have a 1999 Pontiac Trans AM with 84,XXX miles, A4, dont know if tranny fluids/filter has ever been changed. The problem im having is when it shifts from 1st to second on semi hard throttle, i get a violent jerk forward, really hard shift, while the others are relatively smooth. What could be causing this?

    Probably an aftermarket billet servo, you want a crisp shift, with no slop.
