    Angry vibrations grrr

    I have a 98 C-5 just had a converter with a 3200 stall trans rebuilt and 390 gear. had to bring it right back as there is a considerable vibration at about 2300. could it be the converter isnt balanced or what. or could it be the new gear. big let down. any help out there
