Tranny problem after intake and TB install
I just installed a Typhoon intake and TB on my 99 A4 TA. After completing the installation I developed a shifting problem. The tranny would only rev out 1st gear to about 5000 rpms after the parts change. It would then quickly shift into 2nd then 3rd almost skipping 2nd altogether. I can manually shift the car and it works perfect. It works fine in Drive at part throttle. It worked perfect before the manifold/TB installation. I'm going to replace the TPS tomorrow. Does anyone have any ideas? I don't have a scan tool but I'll get the codes when I pick up the TPS. This is frustrating

Problem solved
I was getting a code P0123 which is high voltage on the TPS sensor.
The new throttle body has a throttle stop screw that was in place when I received the TB. It was allowing the TB blade to open too far resulting in a high voltage readout from the TPS (above 4.7 volts). I turned the throttle stop screw in a bit and cleared the code. Boom problem solved.
Now I just need to wait on some good weather where I can take her to the track and lay down a 12 second pass1999 T/A A4 SLP longtubes, ory, 85mm TB, LS6 Intake, HP Tuners, 100 shot nx kit with msd window switch, !cats, !egr, !air 12.9s @ 107ish n/a 12.0 @ 118+ (100 shot)
