Not a bad price for a decent converter. Make sure the trans is up to the stall (condition) and use a quality fluid and it's off to the races.
My ride is a 2002 Camaro SS SLP #3296 with 30k, LTH, 3" Y, CME, Frost tune, K&N, ported TB, Blackwing lid, Bellows, MSD, Denso Iridium, and 85mm MAF, Bilsteins, Eibach springs, SLP strut brace, Adj. Panhard, TA Girdle, UMI, Pro 5.0, Nitto NT555
My wife has a 2004 GTO with the rare SAP, 18" wheels, K&N Cold Air System, MSD, Ported TB, Frost tune, Denso Iridium, Flowmaster cat-back, 3200 Yank, 75k

Make sure the transmission is in good mechanical condition to be able to handle the added stall speed. You are going to almost double your stock stall speed and you will be making more heat in the trans so use a good external trans cooler. Every time you do a full throttle launch you are going to put a shock on the clutch packs inside the trans. If you have any slippage at all you will need to rebuild the trans first. Good luck.

I had a 99 with full bolt ons nd a tci 3k stall. I liked it and beat on it for about 6 months with no issues. 2 Weeks after I sold it the converter took a dump and took the Trans with it..
