    Stall to big?

I have a 99 formula with bolt-ons, headers and a ORY, i plan on this winter getting new heads (i dont know what im going to go with still have to research that) and a V.2 cam from TSP. my question is my friends is getting a new Tranny and wants to sell his Yank 4000 stall to me but i dont know if thats going to be to high still my formula is still my DD. I was looking at a 3200 or 3600 Yank but this offer came about any suggestions?

I have had a 3500 and now a 4000 stall. I would go 3500/3600 for DD myself. I enjoyed my 3500 for 3 years and keep telling myself I will go back. The 4000 would be a little much with out gears and the cam IMO..
