    New B&M Trans Temp Gauge

We finally have a new trans temp gauge, and complimentary coolant gauge. These new Blackout Series 2-1/16 gauges offer a high contrast lens, LED backlighting, full sweep. Below is a picture of the trans temp gauge installed in my 2001 Camaro SS. I installed the gauge on the test port of the 4L60E and verified the results with HPTuners, it was within 2-3 degrees. The trans temp gauge (#80330) retail for $80.00 and the Coolant gauge (#80331) retails for $75.00. I used the convertible plate and mounted the gauge on it, it compliments the interior very well. It is very easy to see in daylight and very clear at night. The guage is blacked out when the power is shut off.

    Sorry for the late reply.

The wiring is a very simple three wire setup. Red = Positive (+), Black = Negative (-) and Green = Source (Sender).

These can be obtained at any B&M distributor, like sponsor who support this site.

Don't like the looks of, or the install of the gauge, I went with a digital gauge on a pillar pod, to me a much cleaner look, however with that said, my hookup was a 2 wire, one ground the other to a 1/8 NPT sending unit that was installed in the pressure port above the transmission linkage.
