A little Stall help? anyone?
Hey guys, I'm getting a cam soon... probably a Thunder Racing 224... and I'm wondering what kinda stall should I be runnin, I do alot of running ouside the track...and the track is only a once in a while deal... it's not a daily driver... and if it sacrifices a bit of drivability... it's not that much of a problem... BTW... also gonna do 3.73's...

i say it depends on the tourque curve of the cam. if your cam makes power at 3600 then thats the stall you want so your putting your best power to the ground not wasting it with too much stall.

I'd look up dyno sheets for your cam and decide where you want the stall to be. What's the general rule? 500 below peak torque..i forget.
Go with at least a 3600 or just say fuck it and go all out, like me, 4000.

i think its 500 or 350 one of those either will work.
