Just installed a stall rattle noise at 50mph

I have a weird rattle noise at 50 to 55 mph in my converter when the rpm is at 1500 and going up a hill at more of a load on it It's a Yank SS3200

Did you tune for the stall? Could be TCC rapid lock unlock caused by the PWM. Could be knock from high load/low RPM. Could be a loose bolt with a washer/spacer clanking around.

Sounds like a rapid lock unlock

I think it sounds like a rapid lock unlock because everywhere else it's perfect It's a mail order tune from Frost... I bought a spare PCM so if something like this happens I'm not down I have to call Yank and Frost today and I drive like an old lady right now to break it in so the rpm is really low and going up hill when it's doing this if I give it a little gas it stops

Before my converter dyno tune, my vehicle would shift from 3rd to 4th, up and down, it could not make up its mind on what gear to be in.

what do you do to tune for a stall?

i put one in a few years ago and did a few things for it, but the high load/low rpm knock has started happening recently (damn you, 10% ethanol!!!)

just pull spark from the problem areas, right?

also, there is a bumpiness on the highway. old muffler was hitting the driveshaft and i thought that might be why. is there a computer change i could make that might help with that?!

im runnning into a bit of drivability issues as well with the new stall and tune from Frost. Mine seems hesitant to shift when at alittle higher then part throttle. closer to WOT the car knows EXACTLY what it wants to do cars slowly learning but its so painful and embarrassing when its hunting and pecking for gears when im trying to just putt around post but its slowly getting better. i was a bit scared though when i hopped on the autobahn and that huntn and peckn started happening lol
