    How to eliminate torque management?

I have a 99 Trans Am with A4, I plan on putting in a 3600 stall. I have been told that I have to eliminate the torque mangement from the PCM, is this the same thing as traction control? Thanks I need all the help I can get.

You don't "have" to remove TM - it can be modified, or eliminated from the PCM completely with a tune though. Some say leave it, some say delete it. See how your car runs with the stall first. I deleted mine a few years ago and haven't had any problems. Oh, it has nothing to do with traction control. Read more TM info here: www.ls1.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11277
