    A4 not upshifting properly

I just bought this 99 TA. Has the a4 in it and only issue is the upshifts are delayed sometimes when just driving around normal. its like it will not want shift out unless u give it alot of throttle.... I heard that it could be catalytic converters stopped up. anyone heard of this???

Could be a sticky spool valve. have you done a service or flush on it?
