    4l60e not going into gear?

Ok just did a full ls6 swap in my 2000 Camaro Z28. Car starts right up and all the wiring is GOOD to the trans til i try putting it into "R" "D" "3" "2" "1". I get nothing. Park works but its not wanting to go into gear and move. Anyone had this happen or know what it might be?

I have had that happen before. Either there isn't any fluid in the pan, no filter in the pan, or you didn't bolt the torque converter to the flexplate.

There is fluid in it and there is a filter and the torque converter was put on the flexplate and torque and everything. That was one of the things i checked before putting the trans on and the torque converter and flexplate and motor before i put it all in the car.

yikes...thats your problem. You are supposed to put the converter into the trans, spin it around and seat it into the transmission pump lugs. Then install the trans to the engine, then bolt the converter to the flexplate.
I've seen broken pumps as a result of using your method.

That is a waste of time. I am sure it has broken the pump rotor and slide. I would go ahead and pull the pump out and replace the rotor, slide and veins.
