    20's wheel's

    some shops that I have calld told me by havn 20s on my car it's more stress on the trans I have an auto on my 02 camaro ls1 z28 ...
    my trans is going I need to get it re-built I been told by putn a diffrent gear in the rear like a 373 wil be good for my trans cause of the wheels that i have on it let me know wut you people think

    yea that sounds right cause with bigger wheels it's more mass it has to turn like with lifted trucks with big tires but i could be wrong

    as long as the overall diameter is the same there shouldnt be a problem. people told me the same shit when i put 20s on my tahoe, but actually the 20s were about 1/2" shorter than the stock 16s and didnt seem to weigh as much. just depends on how heavy your wheels are and overall diameter
