The color chart:
White = coolant
Blue = oil
Black = fuel
In cool, damp weather a car may still exhibit some white smoke even after it is warm as water is a by-product of combustion. Does the exhaust smell like coolant? Have you checked your coolant level?

most likely condensation but it wouldn't hurt to check it out. How does your oil and coolant look? These motors make a ton of condensation. You can hear it burbling in the mufflers of the GTO and it takes a while to burn it out of there. They even have drain holes in the mufflers. The bird pours it out too....pretty common but check your oil and coolant and see what they look like.

Short trips can also cause a heavy build up of water in the exhaust. Especially if the exhaust is not getting hot enough to burn off the excess condensation. This can give the appearance of blown head gasket aswell.

+1 also extended idling without a long enough trip to burn the condensation off can cause this. May want to keep an eye on your oil to for a milky looking substance on the oil cap, filler tube, etc. this is a sign of excess water in the oil which is not good. If you have this you know you need to run the motor out longer to burn off the water and keep it "clean"
