    Whistle = Exhaust leak?

    Now that my gears aren't whining, I've started noticing a whistle that gets higher in pitch as my rpm's increase. Is this pretty indictive of an exhaust leak?

    Strange that it coincides with a suddenly higher oil pressure that I was chalking up to a bad guage/sender?

    Sadly now demodded :(

    A whistle is more indicative of an intake tract leak. A ticking would be more of an exhaust leak.

    Turns out that new alt I threw on is apparently causing radio interference... funny how things work sometimes.
