whats a fair price on 02 codes/cats removal ?
Whats a fair price on having the cats removed and a pipe welded in. Also whats a fair price on having the 02 codes tuned out ?

Price to have the codes removed....no more than $50. Should take someone 10 minutes at the most.
As for the cat removal....not sure off of the factory manifolds.

here is what it should look like when you are done with it
not sure if that is even helpful but the only difficult part is getting the flanges to match to the stock y pipe and manifolds
what you could do is go to a muffler shop and have them cut the flanges off the ends of your stock cats and then weld them to the ends of a 3 inch pipe have make it all fit (if that makes any sense)
