what lid should i buy?

my stock air box lid is cracking apart. glued it twice since new.
fast toys requires a bigger MAF.
from what most say i don't need a bigger MAF.
slp i hear needs adjusted to fit.
any others that work well?
my car is an 02 Z28 with a few mods (SSRA, fernco, shift kit)
looking to hit 450hp eventually.
any adice on what lid to purchase would be greatly appreciated.

my SLP lid fit just fine

Go on ls1tech and buy one used.
Any od them are all going to work about the same, I had to use a blowdryer on my slp lid to make it fit.

i just ordered an slp lid from new era performance parts.
i like to get new parts for this car.
they have the best price i could find including shipping.
hopefully it gets here quick.

on a side note: c5z28,
the SSRA installed with little trouble and it gave the car a better sound and maybe a little performance gain.

as in the other 1000 lid post a lid is a lid they all do the same its just where to get it and if you want it in black, carbon, or cleare. some cars will take triming to get it to fit just right but most cars it goes on with no probs. just make sure the frount lip is in the base not over it. what part of ohio are you from?
