I have the SLP one but i wasnt aware of the others when i bought mine. If i would know about the other two i would of not bought the slp.

I did see the adaptor for the slp and might get that one day.

Well I can't say for sure, since I did an SLP lid and smooth bellow all at the same time. I just ordered the whole setup and installed it.
I do know that cutting out the lower air box/fan shroud to pull in air from the bottom is a common free mod, and it's been shown that this alone is worth a few ponies in several magazine write ups,,,all the SLP duct work did was move the entrance of air down a little lower, (about half way down) in hopes of grabbing air from more of a "pressure" area and force it into the box. I am sure it doesn't hurt, but I agree it would be more effective if it were lower like the other 2 kits offered.

I am in the same boat. I plan to add the adaptor as well and lower the SLP kit. I am just thankfull that was brought to my attention, I didn't know these kits existed let alone an adaptor to make the SLP work in a similar fassion

Hmmm, that would take some track testing, which I plan to do myself (before and after) when I get mine.

Going to the track this weekend without it,,,but with a new tune I want to try for some more baseline numbers first.

SLP cold air here.....cant really say anything because it was on this car when i bought it....

    but...

IMO the SLP cai works, but then again its fairly hard to screw up a cai. i will say that for the cost of the SLP unit, there are a good few out there that are less expensive and have a much better design. SLP likes to keep the theme all across the board of middle of the road quality and outrageous price. if i wasnt a cheap bastard i would opt for a different unit, or fabricate one myself, which is what ill likely do....

I've had the FTRA since 2000. It's a nice kit and has held up well with no ill effects. I also have a Suncoast creations SS hood, but I've disabled the "ram air" because it was a total joke...

When I went to a SD tune ( No MAF) and 90MM Throttle Body it was impossible to find the correct sizes.....wish I had found these guys before dropping $350 bucks for a "factory" kit

the gto was based of the Monaro
which was based of the VT commodore which came out in 1998-2000

    EG: tire drop headlights
different tail lights and rear garnish
multi link rear suspension in S2
    225KW motor up from 220KW
    ls6 manifold
    and a few other things
