ws6 store sells a block off plate for the egrs and yes you will throw a code once its removed. if you send you pcm to frost he can delete that code. otherwise it will keep coming back if you keep erasing it with a hand held.

yes but you wont get the constant light. and he can give you around 10 hp just by tweeking the stock tune. if you ask me 100 bucks is good for 10 hp.

as far as removing that stuff as long as you block them off , it wont hert the performance of the car, even though the SES light will be on. some people say you can burn up the O2 sensors faster but i didnt have any problems. and i drove my car for a month with it like that.good luck.

you can plug the hole in the intake with a 1 3/8" expandable freeze plug. You can cut out and make your own block offs for the manifold or buy them...I know thunder racing carries them.
There's also an egr timing adder table in the pcm that needs zero'd out or you'll start to see tip in knock retard.
Another option is to go to installuniversity.com and follow their write up and just trim the egr tube back so it doesn't stick down into the airflow.

Another vote for the $2 or $3 freeze plug for the intake. I have done it on a buddies car and its worked great.

Same here
Got a 1 3/8" freeze plug and its been working great
If you find a local performance shop around you they could probably tune it out for around $50. Could just get an LS6 intake if you wanna go all out.
To remove air you can get blockoff plates or do what i did just get a piece of aluminum about 1/4" thick and cut out a plate with a jigsaw. Then use a gasket to seal it.
