    True Duals Setup

I am thinking about running true duals but I was wondering if I could "cheat" a little by just putting weld-ins directly behind the x-pipe and not run pipes all the way back. I haven't heard of anyone doing this so I am not sure if it will work so what are your guys opinions?

No like a x-pipe and then like flowmaster weld-in chamber mufflers. My concern is that they will be to heavy to hang there or sit to low and I think one those would be my problem but im not sure

http://texas-speed.com/shop/item.asp...d=196&catid=56 why not just order that, and flowmasters belong on trucks imo

I just bought the tsp x pipe, and the tsp 1 7/8 headers but you can pick from three different kinds of bullet mufflers I choose the dynomax.

he is basically talking about dumps..but with mufflers ..yes people have done it ..personally nothing looks as good as a properly routed dual all the way back ..but do as you wish.

i would agree with you for ta's, but on camaros i think the exhaust looks way better dumped before the axles

Dumped just means the exhauts stops before the axles which is what is in he pic I posted. Its pretty much just the cross pipe and the mufflers you choose and maybe some turn downs. LM1's suck once you go LT's you'd have to do some searching to see which sound your going for. Try youtube. My choice would be single chambers.

I have 2 GMMG style chambered mufflers with a side exit's before back tires looks and sounds pretty bad a$$ its all tucked up nicely though I had it done custom I think they are 18.5 inches in length. price was I think 75 bucks I muffler 3 in 2.5 out and they come in different sizes the tube diameter is probably no larger than 3 1/8 Nice low profile setup
