heck I get followed every other day. that's why I am changing over to td's I want to do tr's with a couple magnaflow mufflers and then put it through a flowmaster straight through dual/dual with no crossover muffler in the back then out the back. I think that will be quieter and prolly make more power than my lt's ory, and lm1.

Just got my true duals in. Pacesetter LTs, full custom TD setup with x-pipe, dynomax resonators dumped at axle. Ran terrible at first, but the "quick tune" dyno tune at a local shop took care of that for only $200. It runs great now. Mustang dyno claims 331 at the wheels.

I'll post up pics and soundclips or vids soon.

I should update mine since Cardomain deleted my pictures.

Here is mine again, bassani true duals X pipe.

Gone are the 3 bolt flanges, in place are the Dynatech V clamps.

    Lowest point.

I think custom is the best way to go with true duals. A good exhuast shop will be able to build a good setup with an x or h pipe and be able to tuck it up really good to where it won't scrape. (I'll post some pics to show how mine is tucked up better than a kit could be.) If you do want to buy them though, most people probably go with the texas speed kit. It includes everything you need from the collectors back. Other people go with the Bassani true duals kit.

I had it...non-mandrel bends though. And all custom.

    Yeah...

Hell, I made about 520RWHP capped through 3" fading down to 2.5" over the axle (to clear the housing).

Starting to think maybe that car had a 'built to the hilt' motor in there before they decided to sell. And the LQ4 was a cheap option to sell it with.

That has ran my mind quite a few times. When I look at all the suspension, rear end, and build tranny, that makes quite a bit of sense right now.

Im supposed to meet him again tomorrow or wednesday at the latest. Im having him fix all the interior bullshit. Im going to call him and ask him whats up with the 4 " exhaust. Damn my mind has changed so many times on this deal. I dont know if I should be scared of this car or not.

custom is your best bet. a couple places make them, but people still end up having to modify them to make them have more clearance
