Tips on last header bolt.
I've tried wrenches, sockets, 1/4" drive, 3/8" drive, universal sockets, and universal extensions.
What's the easiest way to get out the last bolt on passenger side?

I had to use 1/2" drive and a breaker bar (after soaking).

My problem isn't breakin it loose, it's just gettin a tool on it to take it out.
I'll probably try again tomorrow. Don't have headers yet anyway.
Thanks.

I think I came up from underneath with a socket. Once you take the cat-pipe off the manifold and get it out of the way there is decent room from underneath. I think I took the wire off that last plug as well.

Cut a wrench in one-half?
I'll guess you are trying from the bottom (where you need to be). It was hard and been about two years but think I may have cut a wrench in one-half for the top. It was difficult and I just stayed on it until..........

I've tried from bottom of car and top. I might try again tomorrow after I build some more patience. I don't have the headers yet anyway.

If you haven't already done so, I'd suggest unbolting the coil pack and rotating it out of the way. That'll give you a lot more room to work with.
Next... stubby ratchet wrenches are the way to go. You can get it with swivel sockets and other type wrenches, but the stubbys really make the whole process so much easier.

After trying everything possible the easiest way for me to get the last bolt was to climb right up on the car knees on the battery and reach down there with my left arm. Was tons easier than leanin over the fender or tryin to get it from the bottom.
Thanks for all the tips.
