    Throttle body question

What does it mean when someone says
"This throttle body DOES NOT have the coolant crossover tubes"

Is this a bad thing or a good thing or what? Also what is the diff between a cable driven and a wire driven motors

"This tb will work on any ls1, ls6, and gto based motors that are cable driven or great for people who want to convert to a cable driven from wire driven"

This means some one took some kind of rubber hose to connect the top of the water pump to the return on top of the radiator. Normal stock install is turn run a line to the drivers side, squirts coolant into a passage at the bottom, then out the passenger side and back to radiator top. It is said GM did this to keep the TB from icing up in cold weather. I live in FL and will never see cold weather so i don't need to squirt hot coolant through my TB.

I think cable driven means a physical cable and wire means all computer driven. I have no clue but just a wild guess.
