Throttle body cooler
I am puting an ls1 in my blazer and was wondering what to do about the throttle bypass that goes across the heads.
Can I just plug them like the rear of the head or do I need to circulate the coolant?

The pipes coming out of the heads act as an air bleed, so I would not cap them off. You can bypass the throttle body and simply run the line back to the radiator. As this is a custom install, you may not have the bung on whatever radiator you are utilizing, so you may have to get creative.
