I have pacesetters with ory and a magnaflow catback and its not raspy at all, kinda quiet in my opinion, during idle but at Wot it sounds pretty mean.
With the borla its somewhat raspy but not too awful.

i have pacesetters with a catless y pipe and when i had a magnaflow, i found it to be raspy.
i switched out the muffler for a hooker aeroflow and all is fine now.

I have the exact same setup w/ magnaflow and I think it sounds a little raspy, but i haven't heard the car rev since last august. How much was that hooker muffler? I hope its worth the swap
