Thanks man I just read mr.lous thread about them sorry thanks for the heads I hope you don't go snatch those before I do ...it looks like he is selling everything except the gasket's. If I get those my buddy has a pair of gasket's in the box and bday just passed so I think someone owes me a present or will swap for a bottle of his choice

From what I've read the biggest thing was they hang pretty low under the car and will easily scrape. I'm sure power wise there similar to any other comparable long tube headers.

I had the SLP longtubes. I got suckered into the claims and the fact SLP is in good with GM.
Boy was that a mistake.
I was stock ride height when I had the SLP's....and scraped them often.
I now have Kooks and am lowered on Strano springs (was on ProKit for a while as well) and NEVER scrap them.
And SLP just sucks.

I have SLP's too. You learn to drive differently of course. I'm lowered too, so pass side really sucks. I made a skid plate to cover them just in case, but I'm pretty good now and don't hit much.
I do like how they seem to have a lot of low end torque, but with my other mods now, I'd like more top end.
