Loud, mean, and very intimidating. I love it!

I have the TSP true duals, with the sweet thunder mufflers. I was told they are alittle tamer than the dynomax. But trust me they are still loud. Pretty docile at idle and partial throttle but at WOT they scream. Nice deep tone, sounds like a monster of a car. I have Pacesetter Long tubes as well though.

sounds like the system for me, if im not mistaken it is required that you get longtubes with it, is this correct? will pacesetters be a good choice for this system?

I have Hooker longtubes,Texas X,Flowmaster race mufflers and no cats...very loud!
Yet to meet any other LS1/LT1 any louder, not to say there isn't any...but it did measure 116 dcbs in a sound off.

come on down to Texas, haha, loud is everywhere. LTs, no cats, X-pipe, dynomax bullets, into turn downs before the rear axle. hella loud!!!

Did the x-pipe setup require any welding? Any problems in the installation or was everything pretty straight forward?

I'd love to come down to texas seeing as I'm a huge Cowboys fan!!!

My setup is all clamps and it works great!Did not want to weld in case I get busted for illegal exhuast.

yeah, the X-pipe is a perfect fit with PaceSetter LTs, no welding required and tucks up under the car better than most exhausts. very easy install. the hardest part of the X-pipe install would be the bungs in the back if you decide to do turn downs instead of going all the way to the back. that requires minor welds, for the bungs of course, but very easy to do.
