With an LS6 is my only option to port the stock tb or can I buy an aftermarket BBK?

you can purchase an aftermarket throttle body, but keep in mind that a reducer will need to be used to bring the larger t/b back down in size to properly fit the 75mm ls6 intake.

firstly....why is an LS6 your only option? Secondly.....if it were me I would just get a ported stocker. Shaner does an excellent job and is priced well.

I already have an LS6 and I would never give money to fast. Also I cant find anyone around here that ports tb's.

google shaner throttle body.......it's the tb I run along with many other people on the web. He does an outstanding job with them. $160 for a polished S3 or $125 for satin.

If you search around, which I did A LOT of. I think there's a guy that does em for 60, (ported)

Buy the stock ported TB on eBay.
I have bought them there for my 2 ls1s cars.
They look good and work fine.
