    swapped to ls6 intake HELP

    i just swapped to the ls6 intake and yes it seems better on the higher end but off the line i now have alot of wheel hop why .

    Better torque, i'm assuming. This never happened after my intake swap. Maybe the road that you were doing it on?
    2000 Arctic White trans am, ws6 hood, ws6 air box, slp lid, slp smooth bellows, slp loudmouth exhaust,shift kit, rebuilt trans, LS6 intake, 3.73 gears, Shaner S3 p/p throttle body, and a tune . SFC. C6 ZO6 rims 18" in back 17" in front. Drilled and slotted rotors.

    no befor it would just rip them up

    Sounds like the mod worked, more power to the wheels. Need tho strengthen the rear upper control arms, their flexing. Weld in a piece of flat metal on the inside of each control arm or buy the a couple from one of the parts sellers on the site. Cheap fix. If this contnues you WILL break an axel.

    At best that manifold should only give another 15hp at most! If you can only afford one thing get some relocation brackets for the lower control arms.
    If you can afford more
    polyurethane lower control arms
    those brackets
    polyurethane panhard rod.
