Street legal true duals

hey guys i live in sacramento, ca and yes i got to pass smog. so i was gonna buy my texas speed true duals tomorrow but i just wanna know forsure if i can weld in two cats in there to make it pass smog and run a test pipe for when i dont need to pass smog?? is there any other exhaust setups you guys can recommend that will compare to the true duals???? please help looking to purchase TOMORROW

If they do a visual and the cats have been moved from the stock location then you won't pass.

if your in cali you might be screwed. but in defense to TSP true duals not every place will pass this exhaust cause it doesnt exit the body.

now you could have a true dual exhaust made that routes like the stock single and have both route over the axle. UMI sells a Panard bar relocation bracket brace specifically for OTA true duals
