    Spark Plugs and Plug Wires???

    I just replaced my drivers side plugs and wires but dont really feel up to doing the rest tonight... Is it okay to drive it like that or should I just wait until I have all the new ones on? Thanks in advance. Collin

    no special tools are needed - just make sure you know how to curse, bitch, & moan a lot about plug #8. I got #8 out from the bottom.

    yeah, I about lost it. I couldnt believe how much of a bitch it was to get at that plug! I put on NGK TR55's and MSD wires... It fires up better and the exhuast tone was a little more crisp and smooth, definately a worthwhile mod.

    Take the coil packs off of the valve cover and remove the egr from the pass manifold. This will make life much better.

    man, #8 was easier for me than # 2... if you kneel on the battery and completely remove the coil rail (i didn't unplug it but had it sitting on the intake manifold so it was all the way out of the way) then you can reach back there pretty easy. the hardest time I had with it was getting the stock plug wire off of #2.

    I removed the passenger side air tube. Got all plugs from the top and it took less than an hour. Back three plugs on the passenger side took most of the time.

    take off those pos msd wires and get some granatellis. those msd are 60 bucks for a reason cause they junk, just my opinion i guess but i did see 8rwhp gain from switching .
