    spark plug arc?

I believe that my plug wires are arcing on my headers. If I were to add plug wire insulation could this cure that problem?

Start the engine at night, turn off your lights and open the hood. If the wires are arcing, you'll know in a hurry.

Jeff is right, and if it's arcing, covering it with something isn't the fix. It'll be time for a new set of wires.

Ya I picked up some new plugs and wires and also got dome DEI plug wire insulators. I'm gonna install them tonight or tomorrow and see how she's running after that. Thanks for everyone's input

The ends should have a slight angle. Twist them or turn them away from the headers. The same on the coils...
