Sound Diff Between Equal and Unequal Length Headers

I was wondering what some opinions are on the sound difference between equal length and unequal length headers. I am looking at getting long tubes for my 1993 LT1 and am wondering about the above question. F-body's already have a unique sound due to the y-pipe and crossflow mufflers, so I am wondering what the two types of headers will do to the sound. I'm sure both sound good, but I figure that one is going to be more 'muscle car' and the other a bit smoother, perhaps more burbly......

Just means they are not length matched, the Driver side and Passenger side are not the same length.

It also means the individual runners won't be the same length either - they are as straight and short as possible. Equal length headers are more twisty looking because each runner has to be the same length.

When I have looked this up elsewhere online, Subaru owners pay particular attention to the sound of their headers. Unequal length headers maintain the characteristic rumble of a Subaru engine, but don't make as much power. Equal length's give better power, but smooth the engine note to make it more 'traditional' sounding; like the normal buzz of a honda 4 cyl.
