I've been having computer trouble lately, so this is pretty much the first time I've read this thread in maybe a month. Anyway, glad to hear that you finally got a set of headers, and that they fit well. No mods to get them in? If they're still around, then maybe I'll have to look into getting a pair, and hope they show up!! I'd love to see the pics

are these the same headers but with a y pipe? Anybody install these headers? Not much info in the description...I sent the seller a few questions on them. They seem like a good price as well. Just curious if anyone has run this setup.
    Thanks,
    Evan

no those are a diff setup.
the ones talked about here run about 200-240 bucks with no y-pipe.

I have not, but the ebay seller was willing to confirm the manufacture. As far as ebay ss headers go those are the only ones I have had any one confirm, not just an ebay seller, as SSAutoChrome / XS headers.

You say he confirmed the brand? I sent 3 emails and they wouldnt give me any info. The pictures are SS AutoChrome if they are actually selling those and not just using the pics. One quirk in the pictures the headers on the motor are different from the ones on the blanket???

lol...never noticed the pic difference. I bugged the seller to death. I was also contacted by a LS1 / LS1Tech member.

Trust me, ebay sellers are all sketchy to me, until the research pans out to some level of confidence. I also noticed the photos were the same as those listed on the "manufactures" web site. Like I said I would ebay message a seller to death or just write them off.

I don't know what ebays policy is, but to me if I ask a very direct question and you answer, then you better be aware of making fraudulent statements to make a sale.

I won't deal with an ebay seller if i don't like their feedback or if they are wishy washy on answer, or just plain won't answer.

Either way firemedic has been a real hero by taking a chance, so that has my interest.

I have looked around ebay and have seen these headers with 1.5 primaries and others with 1.75 primaries. I am wondering if any of you who got the headers actually measured the primaries? Were they different than what they were listed as?
