    Talking Slp Rocker Arms..

    Has anyone install the rocker arms from SLP.?? Was it an easy install and did it give you any HP or TQ increase..?? Also if anyone knows where i can find a diagram on the rockers..?? I'm looking to install the rockers and the diablo chip..

    i gained 9 rwhp and like 17 rwtq..
    not worth the trouble. if you are ever going to cam the car, the rockers have to come off.

    It depends on the cam you are getting.. you have to call SLP and find out if it will work with the cam you are getting.. I already called them and find out the cam i'm gettin will work.. i'm trying to stay sleeper status..

    any cam with those rockers is gonna suck.
    do yourself the favor i didnt, and just save up for a 224 cam.
    on a 114 lsa, total sleeper.
    also dont pay any attention to what slp says.

    What type of cam do you have.??(manufacture) and how many inches of VAC is it pulling at idle.??

    Don't worry about vacuum with the LSx.
    Unless you go REALLY nuts with the cam.

    I have a large cam in my 402 LSx and it has no problems with vacuum.

    True that brother bird.. But i live in CALI and and are EMISSION TEST are the most stricts out of all the states.. So i gotta ask.. thankx tho...

    Understand that.
    Colorado is about as bad right now.

    224 is about the max. cam you can run. Even then, a very good tune needs to be put on it.
    Nice thing about those cams is they make great power without being a big cam. They sound like there is a cam in there, but nothing big. Sorta like a 'sleeper' type cam.

    comp cams is the maker. you can order that cam from just about any ls1 tuner.
