i ordered the slp loudmouth 2 a while ago and i thought it was going to be louder i mean it sounds good. so i've heard of gettting the LM1 resonator but the thing is i cant really tell the difference between the two because they both look the same. cause when i got the system the muffler looked like the LM1 resonator is there any way of telling the difference or should i just order the damn thing? or anyother muffler that might make my system louder???

If you're not gonna put long tube headers/ory on the car and want it loud you should have gotten the LoudmouthI. If you are gonna do headers/ory leave it the way it is cause a LMI would be too loud and obnnoxious. Get the LoudmouthI resonater if no headers in the future. It looks the same but isn't. LMI resonater is strait thru. LoudmouthII is a muffler.

IIRC, the SLP systems are modular, meaning you can swap mufflers w/o welding. I may be wrong (it's been a while), but if not, look for someone selling LM1's and trade.....

The insides are where you see the difference, outside they are about the same. just look thru it and you will see.
