    SLP Loudmouth Install Help

Is there any tips or tricks to installing the LM? I seem to be hitting on the bar thats right behind the axle. Also the tips seem pretty close to the bottom of the bumper. How close can the tips be without melting anything? Thanks for the help.

Maybe you have the exhuast pushed to far into the Muffler. Causing it to come up short.

Make sure the entire system is loose and adjust it to your liking before you tighten anything. I thought mine was kind of close too while it was in the air but after putting it on the ground and make couple tweaks everything was fine.

Thanks for the help, after a few more tweaks and pulling it out of the muffler a little, it seems to be fitting really good. Time for a test drive!

One small suggestion. I'd rotate the exhaust clamps that are directly under the car so that they don't reduce ground clearance. When I bought my car they were installed like yours and would drag on certain speed bumps etc. It's also bad for snagging things that you may drive over as well.

After you drag a couple times you'll see what I mean and make the adjustment

I had the same problem after installing my LM so I got a panhard relocation bar which helps clear aftermarket exhaust systems. No more noise!
