SLP headers

THere is a guy selling a set, and im very interested, but just how many issues am i going to run into when installing them and just driving the car? i am a bitch when it comes to shitty roads and bumps, so i go pretty slow on them. i dont plan to lower the car, and plan on some 18in rims.

They do hang low and some people say there a bitch to install. Flp's are so much better for fit and clearance.

People scrape all the time with stock ride height. Be careful.

I have a set of SLP's and after putting on 18's they scrape much less than they did before. But you still have to be careful. I didn't put those on the car, but I would damn sure go with something else. Funny thing though, it isn't the header itself that scrapes, it is the Y-pipe. The headers cause it because the collectors point at a downward angle and leaves about 3 to 4 inches between the floorpan and the top of the Y. The only fix is to bend and intermediate pipe between the collector and the Y.
