    SLP exhaust

    i just ordered my SLP exhaust starting right after the y-pipe how hard is this to install myself?

    I did mine in about an hour with just a floor jack in the driveway. If you don't care about "saving" your stock system then just cut it off with a saw. It will make your life a lot easier. Once you have it on take your car out for a ride for about 30 minutes come back wait for it to cool a little and retighten everything back up and your done.

    I was a rookie 'modder' when I first installed my Loudmouth.
    Took about an hour total once I decided to cut the stock exhaust off the car.


    About 1 year later I figured out that the Loudmouth sounded like shit with longtubes and a cam.

    Lowered, HID's, tinted.

    If you don't have the space an exhaust shop wouldn't charge more than $50, and it wouldn't take long since they have a lift.

    well shit that sucks. i already have loudmouth on my 98 ss when i bought it and i just ordered longtubes and a 228r cam. hopefully it doesnt sound too crappy

    If you don't end up liking it you can always trade, people are looking for slp all the time.
