Should I keep the Volant intake?
I have a Volant CAI, my friend wants one and offered cash for mine & he'd swap his WS6's intake for it. What do you guys think, should I? I kinda need the cash, and i'm not sure if it's worth having the Volant or if it's even giving much better gains than a WS6's intake to warrant keeping it vs getting the coin

I would keep it unless your car is a real ws6 and you need a ws6 ram air lower half and a stock lid
or see how much your budd will give you vs the cost of a new one

Personally, I like the Lid look over the Volant. Looks more "clean" in my opinion. Plus I have a WS6, so the large lower air box looks just awesome and intimidating when the hood is open.

Yeah, I kinda do like the clean look of the stock intake, i've always wanted one. Plus the extra cash right now would help, and I can always buy a lid later

Go for it!, plus you can always grind down the ribs on the inside of the factory lid for better flow, and then later get a SLP lid to replace it.
