raised aircleaner
anyone do this to raise the filter another inch up?
used foam insulation.
I would post pics,,but i cant figure it out. do you have to have a certain amount of posts first, or how?

i also removed the baffel in the hood. so the opening is 2xs as big and should get more air.Last edited by mxlplx71; 05-26-2010 at 05:02 PM.

I used to have mine propped up with washers.. can't really say if it did anything or not, It's not like that anymore if that means anything lol

it just seems like the intake hole is too small. what about removing the large singl baffel in the scoop anyone have comments about that.

i just raised the whole thing up be a quarter of an inch by using washers, once i install my SSRA i should be fine but every little bit counts i think.

the second baffle in the hood itself. the single large one.
