quick question
found some stainless steel headers on ebay was just making sure they would also fit a trans am ls1 i dont see why they wouldnt and im pretty sure they would but i just want to make sure. thx http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JVT-S...Q5fAccessories

i dont see why they wouldnt fit, however, im not sure what the extra steal coming off the header where it meets the gasket is, and IMO those collectors look kinda long.....
you can kinda tell the difference in this picture hopefully, ill try to get you a better shot...

I dont know about that. Because the ebay ad says 98-02 headers, if you ever look up headers on a parts website, its says "98-99" and "00-02". Since the ebay ad doesn't specify which specific year its for, I'd pass. Unless its no EGR or (race style), then they should work. I dont know why, but I just see that a lot on parts web sites

i believe the 98-99 and 00-02 thing is because if your car is 98-99 you need the block off plate for the EGR but if your car is 00-02 you dont need it.....just a guess
